Classes
A tiered program of classes supporting all levels of experience from Beginner to Master Teachers with a maximum of 4 clients per class.
Pilates is a complete method which works to solves multiple problems for the human body: working to build true strength, awareness, and stamina.
Pilates can be taught in multiple ways, however the most beneficial and effective is a 1-to-1 session. Working to allow you fully reap the benefits specific to your body and condition, private sessions can help support and develop your method through small machine-work.
Group classes are more accessible and can be useful in other ways, allowing you to work on building stamina and enhance your principles and practice of Pilates.

Tailor your session around your requirements.
Practice and concentrate on the areas you want to improve, target specific issues, find therapies for injuries or inherent weakness. Pilates allows you to enhance your biomechanics and foster specific sport methods and addresses imbalances, overuses and weakness before they become an issue allowing you to help prevent injury.

Our reformer classes are a maximum of 4 participants
Our reformer classes are tiered according to ability: beginners, beginner plus and intermediate. This ensures clients’ safety while making sure they continue learning and developing their ability. All work is done under the supervision of teachers instructing and focusing on proper techniques.
We aim to make the class fun and flexible to suit all.
